14 Ounces chicken breast cut into cubes
1 tblsp olive oil
1 cup snow peas-you can add more (up to 2 cups)
1 cup cauliflower rice
Soy sauce to taste
Saute chicken in olive oil till cooked through. Add snow peas, and soy sauce to taste. Cook until snow peas are tender, about 5 minutes.
Add chopsticks, lemon, cauliflower rice, and soy sauce on the side, and you have a delicious dish that looks like it was served by your local Chinese restaurant.
